Sophiya is a marketing and hospitality professional with over 10 years' experience in the Nepalese market. She brings diverse entrepreneurship and business experience. Besides managing the business and operations, she uses her network to increase commercial transactions between B2B companies. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Kathmandu University.

Malati has over 8 years of experience in sales and marketing and also has great experience in the hospitality sector. She works with farmers and supports institutional buyers for better managing their supply chain. She handles overall management of field activities and maintains close relationships with various supply chain actors. She holds a Master’s Degree in Business Studies.

Anusha Halwai is an accomplished financial and HR executive who has been making valuable contributions to Mandala Agrifresh since 2022. With over two years of prior experience in finance, she brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. Anusha holds a bachelor's degree from Pokhara University, which has provided her with a solid foundation of academic knowledge to support her professional endeavors.

Utsav Bhandari is an agriculture graduate with strong technical skills, analytical abilities, and excellent communication skills. With a proven track record of working in a team, he is committed to continuous learning and professional growth. He is experienced in conducting biological research, data analysis, environment-friendly agriculture techniques and training on postharvest technologies for minimizing the loss.

Nishad Malla is a sustainability educator and an agro-entrepreneurship enthusiast who has many years of involvement in the filed of agriculture, education and sustainability. He has wide range of experience ranging from agriculture research, farm management, technical education and training, etc. He completed his masters in International Horticulture from Leibniz University Hannover.

Sudeep has over six years of experience working with agri-businesses in Nepal and has helped many agri-businesses improve their supply chains and reduce post-harvest losses for fresh agricultural produce through improved post-harvest handling practices. He has also managed non-government agriculture projects. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia.
